There is all sorts of resip specific crap in there. If someone wants
to refactor them to be more general, I suppose I won't object, but I
certainly don't want to be constrained by a bunch of unrelated
projects when I go and tweak them.
If you really want to, make a case for a more generic utility
lib/directory and let's decide what should be in it.
