[reSIProcate] Difference between Dialog.cxx and Dialog2.cxx

Are these two distinct Dialogs?   Or are they somehow related in some way.
One don't inherit from the other.

So far,  the only "brain stumper" is this concept of a dialog.  Do I 
have any
volunteers that can explain it in 100 words or less?
