The reSIProcate project was originally designed as a high-speed, lazy- 
parsing SIP stack as a part of the VOVIDA collection of software. At  
that time, we chose the VOCAL license, since it was OSS compatible  
and the recommended license for software that was to be a part of the  
VOVIDA collection of libraries, applications and software.
