I've also seen this, and I don't think CYWGIN supports IPV6, and I couldn't
find any explicit definition of USE_IPV6.  I'm building from main in SVN.

You'll likely get better responses posting this to the

PLEASE REMOVE sf-dev FROM ALL FOLLOWUPS. :)

Sounds like you are on track with USE_IPV6 though.  What resiprocate
are you building main or 0.4?
