[reSIProcate] Issue in rutil Visual C++ project settings

Hello,
I get latest revision of reSIProcate and I tried to build it using Visual C++ 2013.
I found that some files (GenericIPAddress.cxx, HepAgent.cxx and HepAgent.hxx) are not included in rutil .vcxproj and vcxproj.filters files for all Visual Studio versions (2010, 2013 and 2015), causing build errors.
Attached to this mail you can find a patch file with details about missing files.
Could someone insert fix in master?
