[reSIProcate] function of resip/stack

Hello,

I would like to know what is the function of resiprocate/resip/stack/*.

When I insert a contact with telepathy-resiprocate I noticed that there is
a function call (add) to resiprocate/resip/stack/TuSelector.cxx [1].
