[reSIProcate] repro / presence server / resource list server (RLS)

Now we have a presence server, would it also be useful to have a
resource list server[1] in repro?

Has anybody already started anything like this on a branch or elsewhere?

If one of the GSoC students was able to spend some time on this, would
anybody be able to make some suggestions about the architecture or
propose some specific classes that need to be created and tested as part
of this?
