[reSIProcate] [resiprocate] Ignore trailing null bytes in SIP keepalives (#38)

Issue has been reported to Asterisk JIRA: https://issues.asterisk.org/jira/browse/ASTERISK-25817.
Note that this causes frequent "random" failures when the stack happens to receive a valid SIP message after one of these keepalive packets.
