[reSIProcate] RFC 3455 headers and parameters

Looking over the changes on the GitHub page you linked to, it all looks 
fine. My one comment would be that in some places the defineParam of the 
"purpose" parameter is commented out, and it is not in other places. I 
assume this is intentional.
