[reSIProcate] wiki updates for Git

I've made some changes to the wiki to reflect the migration to Git but
it may not be perfect yet.

All links to the source code are still ViewSVN URLs.  I'm not sure we
should put Github URLs in the wiki as that would further bind us to the
Github service.  When we get cgit running, we could use cgit URLs on
resiprocate.org instead.  Maybe we could even do this with a macro for
generating the links in the pages.
