[reSIProcate] autotools - status update (Linux, Solaris, Darwin, Windows)

I've put all the latest platform test status here:

Most recently, I've been able to build test cases and repro on Darwin.
reTurn will potentially build with extra dependencies (or maybe they are
there and I just haven't found them yet).  Thanks to Adam and Philip for
organising Darwin test environments for the new build.
