[reSIProcate] quick question about the correct practice on handling re-invite with RESIP

You will see the onOffer callback when a re-Invite arrives, you must
respond with a provideAnswer call. I have no idea what your "SIP Service"
is an whether you can disable it from sending re-invites - however
re-invite handling is part of the base RFC3261 - so you should support it.
