[reSIProcate] [PATCH] Enable multi-cpu compiling in Visual Studio 2008 project files

Attached is a patch which enables Visual Studios 2008 automatic multi-cpu
compiling. All this does is add /MP to build options which generates a very
nice compile time boost.
(See attached file: resip-vs2008-multicore_compile.diff)
Same change could probably be done in vs2010 project files, but we use
vs2008
