[reSIProcate] AsyncProcessHandler for TransactionUser

Hi,

   Would it be possible to use the AsyncProcessHandler(or a similar
   solution) also for the TransactionUser to notify an application
   using DUM when a new message has been posted to TU's queue for
   processing from the stack?

   I would find it more suitable in my application than periodically
   call dum->process().
