http://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-ietf-sip-connect-reuse-14 is not
supported - but support for
http://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-ietf-sip-outbound-20 was added about
a year or so ago when the draft was at version 11.  This should also
solve your problem, however it requires a proxy server that supports
outbound.  Note:  Repro supports this draft.
