[reSIProcate] Connection Reuse in the Session Initiation Protocol (SIP)

Hello everybody,

I need to make SIP client behind  firewall to be accessible over TLS transport.
The only solution that  I see is to reuse connection to proxy (SBC)  established during registration (besides of port forwarding on firewall). 
Does Resip  support TLS connection reuse  as per:
http://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-ietf-sip-connect-reuse-14 ?
