[reSIProcate] MultipartRelatedContents and type param

	Right now, MultipartRelatedContents doesn't do anything wrt setting  
the type param in the Content-Type header, which is required for  
multipart/related. Should we add some code to handle this  
automatically (assume that the first part is the document root, and  
expose some API to tell the contents object otherwise)?
