[reSIProcate] How to change the timeout value of registration ?

Hi all, when I use the reSIProcate with a slow internet connection,
sometimes I got the timeout error before the SIP server respond 200 OK,
so I want to let reSIProcate wait long time of the 200 OK for REGISTER, how
to do it ?
