[reSIProcate] Anyone using ICE?

Hi everyone
     Has anyone tried ICE for NAT traversal.There is a project given in
Recon
'nICEr' but I am not able to build it.I have downloaded its supporting
files
i.e. 'nrappkit' library from the given link.But still it is giving
problems.
       Actually there are some files from path "nrappkit\src\port\Win32"
due to which it is giving problem.Version of nrappkit i have downloaded is
missing Win32 folder. Rest it has everything i.e. Linux,Darwin etc.So Can
anyone help regarding this problem .Or atleast can anyone tell me the
another link from which i can download complete 'nrappkit'.Any solution
will be appreciated.
Also please guide me to use this ICE project which is in C.what are the
APIs  useful in it.Is it complete or not?
