[reSIProcate] The bugzilla needs some love

Hi Gregor -

Thanks for calling attention to that.

The development community so far has relied on this email list as the  
reporting/resolution mechanism.

The bugzilla instance is in the shape it is because its truly not  
getting used (so far)

We'll at least go clean up what's there so there's not misleading  
stale non-data lying around - sorry you stepped in the small mess.
