[reSIProcate] [Patch] Fix for gcc-4.2.3 concept check failure in dum

I encountered a small issue in resip/dum/MergedRequestKey.hxx where it
seems instances of the class are put into a container that requires it
to be Assignable.  This seems to do this trick.  It's against 1.4.
