[reSIProcate] NULL Pointer crash with resip 1.3.3 - [PATCH] forpart of issue

I found this in the administrator queue while cleaning up another  
problem  - its been stuck there for a long time.
Apologies.
I think this had already gotten to the list (in a form that didn't get  
trapped in the administrator queue), but here it is again in case it  
got missed.
