[reSIProcate] making RedirectManager asynchronous

Hi,

 

I am looking into adding asynchronous behavior to the RedirectManager.
Specifically, letting a DUM app receive an onRedirected event and process
the event asynchronously (verifying allowable routes) and then posting this
information back to the RedirectManager.  Would following the
ServerAuthManager DumFeature design work best here?  Any other thoughts?
