[reSIProcate] PRACK UAS support

Ok, someone has to ask what the status is at least every 6-12 months J, so..

 

Have decisions been made on exactly what functionality is going to be
supported?  I've briefly read some of the IETF discussions on the problems
with PRACK.  Does supporting a restricted set of requirements make sense for
an initial implementation (removing some of the complexity, ie: disable
offer/answer in a PRACK)?
