[reSIProcate] How to decode SDP content?

Thank Scott,

I have looked at the files ParseBuffer and testParseBuffer, but I cannot
find any information about how to decode the *profile-level-id* and
*sprop-parameter-sets
*in SDP content for Video codec H264.

a=fmtp:97 *profile-level-id=421e00*; packetization-mode=1; *
sprop-parameter-sets=Z0LgHtoC0P5A,aM4zyA==*
