[reSIProcate] Update and reINVITE

I found a very strange thing, when I using my UA called my UA, and  hold the
call:

provideOffer(sdpContent);

then UA will sent the UPDATE to another side.
When I use my UA call eyeBeam and hold the call,  the UA sent a
INVITE(re-INVITE)

Why?
