[reSIProcate] *** glibc detected *** corrupted double-linked list

	The sigcomp support has numerous problems that were discovered at  
SIPit. I haven't gotten around to putting the fixes into mainline  
resip, partly because it still doesn't quite work. For all intents  
and purposes, sigcomp isn't supported in resip yet.
