[reSIProcate] problem with local DNS server

Hello,
I configured local DNS server for .net zone and pointed repro to this
server using /etc/resolv.conf. This worked fine when the DNS server was
on the same machine as the repro. But when the DNS server was on a
different machine this did not work. (Applications such as nslookup,
ping etc. from the repro box *did* find the DNS server on the other
machine correctly.)
