Typically, the place to start for building a B2BUA is DUM, although
you'll need to be familiar with classes from rutil like Data and
Tuple, and classes from the stack like SipMessage, SipStack, Helper,
and the various grammar elements from the RFCs (see resip/stack/
ParserCategories.hxx for a list of the header files for these). There
is no B2BUA example code (that I know of), but there is simple UA
example code in resip/dum/test (UserAgent.[hc]xx).
