hi, all

I want to test the usage of REFER to "push" a Web page.  so I sends a REFER
to the UAS with a Refer-To set to an HTTP URL
Refer to http://127.0.0.1:8080/nv35cfg/web/netvoice.php

but resip seems send only http://127.0.0.1:8080

ps: I use refer(NameAddr(Data(dest)), false); // dest =
