[reSIProcate] How to maintain SUBSCRIBE AppDialogSets?

Thank you for your instructions, but how can I end() all subscriptions? Call
end() function from AppSetDialog class or
ServerSubscriptionHandle/ClientSubscriptionHandle? So I should store all the
SUBSCRIBE AppSetDialog or all the SUBSCRIBE handles?
