Or just run touch *Hash.?xx after the svn checkout.
SVN does not preserve the file timestamps, so if the hash source  
description appears newer than the Hash.cxx and hxx files, the  
Makefiles will attempt to regenerate the hash.

This is a Makefile bug that I thought we fixed.
