[reSIProcate] using AppDialogSet

Hi,

When we are preparing first INVITE packet using makeInviteSession, the last
argument is AppDialogSet. I am not using it as of now.

But I am curious to know how can we make use of this field. I am feeling
like we can use this AppDialogSet to identify the dialogset which the handle
is referring to in the callbacks.

I would appreciate some guidelines over how to use this parameter.
