[reSIProcate] Terminate all registrations

Hi,
I want to terminate all registration for particular
AOR.
There is ClientRegistration::removeAll method, but to
get ClientRegistrationHandle I have to
makeRegistration first. Is there any simple way to
terminate all regisration without making new
registration first?
