[reSIProcate] FOSDEM update/report

The session was quite well attended - in fact, people were sitting in the
aisles and standing at the back of the room, and more people had to be
turned away at the door.  It would be interesting to know if there are
more hits on resiprocate.org in the coming days.

The click-to-dial demo is operating at the OpenGroupware.org stand and the
Debian stand in the main hallway.  This now works on Debian Linux and on
MacOS.
