[reSIProcate] Full RFC 3892 support?

I'm at this very moment struggling with setting Referred-By to a useful
identity known by the third party receiving the call. Today I cannot
find any support in Dum to do that. It's hardcoded to
mDialog.mLocalContact. I have not found any better option than trying to
use the onReadyToSend to replace the header. Is there any better way to
do this?
