[reSIProcate] why different between send 200 OK message and refermessage in the Via header

Be careful - resip logs print sip messages multiple times.  If they print before the transport selector layer, the Via header is not yet populated.  If you look at the messages on the wire or further down in the logs, you will probably see they have the same Via.
