[reSIProcate] timeout after SIP connection is lost?

Hi,

I have written a softphone using reSIProcate. A problem I've been
running into, is that when the connection has been interupted for a
while, the softphone won't re-register with the SIP server. The
softphone never gets any notification that the connection with the SIP
server has been lost. Is there a way to get such notification?
