You must use SRV records to point from the domain to the proxy. See
http://mit.edu/sip/sip.edu/dns.shtml for more info.
Alternatively you can use the OutboundProxy setting on the MasterProfile
- but there is currently no command line option for this.

Yes, I underestand but the thing is that normally which is the way that
you use in order to Register in the Proxy SIP with a Domain diferent
that the host IP ?
Which is the sintaxis that you use for the BasicCall ?

I have tested registration with BasicCall.
To do that you only need to comment out one line at the beginning of
BasicCall.cxx file that reads something like:
#define NO_REGISTRATION 1
Im sorry to answer this vaguely but Im only doing it by heart.
If you read that code you can see how the registration takes place.
