[reSIProcate] Exclusion of Repro

That's what I do. You have to manually edit the main Makefile to take it
out, or make your own target. I made one that only builds resiprocate and
tests. There probably should be a config thing for that.

Subject: [reSIProcate] Exclusion of Repro

Can I easily remove Repro from the resiprocate build? As I understand it,
repro is a SIP proxy server. All I would like to build is a SIP client
(i.e. DUM and SIP stack). It does not look like there is a "./configure"
switch to exclude repro.
