[reSIProcate] resiprocate under linux

Hello friends,

                        i am trying to  install resiprocate-1.0.2 stack
under radhat 4 ,but getting folowing error, in turn i installed
libtool-1.5.22 . still  it giving the same problem , can anybody tell me
what is the problem ? if anybody of u installed this stack then please tell
me what can be the next step  should i follow ??
