[reSIProcate] one question about repro!

hi all,
     i want to know why "repro" didn't use DUM( DialogUsageManager)  to
implement sip proxy function. Actually now in repro there is no dialog
object, so it's difficult for repro to implent radius function as like.  If
use DUM it's easy, for there is already dialogset in DUM. Can anyone give me
explain. thanks!
