[reSIProcate] DNS work

	I have created a branch to merge some DNS work into. The branch can  
be found at

https://scm.sipfoundry.org/rep/resiprocate/branches/b-bwc-DNS_fixes

The work in this branch addresses a multitude of issues, and there is  
more work to come. I urge everyone who is familiar with the DNS code  
(particularly DnsResult, and where TransactionState interacts with  
DnsResult) to give it a look. I know that a lot of the people who  
fall into this category are at IETF right now, so I'm not going to  
rush this too much.
