[reSIProcate] Does resiprocate has media server functions?

Resiprocate is a SIP stack only.  You need to integrate it with an RTP library from somewhere else.

I plan to use resiprocate build a SIP sofphone, will resiprocate has everything to build a softphone including RTP packets and codecs handling?
