Do you mean the short-form header names or SIGCOMP?  Resiprocate can
read short-form headers, there is currently no provision to generate
them.  SIGCOMP is not implemented in reSIProcate but at least one
vendor has a SIGCOMP implementation that works with reSIProcate. I
invite a representative from that vendor to chime in on-list if they
feel it is appropriate.
