[reSIProcate] Polycom BYE auth failure

I've been having problems with BYE from a Polycom IP500 (SIP 1.6.7) and 
an IP501 (SIP 1.6.3)

The response field in the packet doesn't match the return value of 
Helper::makeResponseMD5withA1()

Subsequently, Helper::advancedAuthenticateRequest() returns a failure.

If I make the same test call from my Budgetone, the BYE is accepted by 
reSIProcate.

The INVITE packet is accepted, it's only the BYE that is rejected - and 
it happens every time, with both Polycom phones and firmware versions.

Does anyone have any suggestions, or is this a known Polycom bug?
