[reSIProcate] Failed to build resip

I've just patched configure to allow the db_cxx.h location to be
specified in ./configure - this way repro is more likely to build.
Debian is one platform that doesn't have db4/db_cxx.h, it is just
/usr/include/db_cxx.h. Previously, the compile would fail at
repro/BerkeleyDb.hxx.
Hope this change doesn't break configure for anybody else, I've
defaulted it to the way it was.
I wasn't sure about the HAVE_CONFIG_H stuff in repro/BerkeleyDb.hxx so
I've just ignored that
