[reSIProcate] SDP Manipulation - HOLD & UnHOLD

Looking at the SDPContents class gets me to ask a question regarding
implementation of:
 
HOLD via SDP a=sendonly
 
I'm trying to understand how, after identifying the meduim=audio how I
would add an attribute "a=sendonly" and of course how to to UnHOLD, i.e.
"a=sendrecv". 
 
The code seems to indicate a complete removal and re-creation of a
Medium with all of the attributes (the list stuff) as the mechanism to
use but I just think I'm missing something.
 
Any advice?? Examples?? I looked at testSdp.cxx already.
