[reSIProcate] SIP Header Sequence

Hi all,

I have to develope a logging application like etheral which will display 
the SIP Messages.

Is there any particular Sequence in which Headers will be received like

Via followed by From , To,Cseq,Call Id etc etc  or they can arrive in any 
sequence like 

To followed by From,Via,Call Id,Cseq etc etc
