[reSIProcate] NOTIFY

Hi all,

Has anybody created NOTIFY message using resiprocate.
I want to handle SUBSVRIBE request by sending 200 OK and NOTIFY.

Can anybody help with sample code for NOTIFY in terms of creating 
contents.
